Ordinary Member RM 500 / year

Entrance fee RM 1,000

Full voting and nomination rights at annual meetings. For organisations within the animal health sector.

A single payment for permanent membership, with full voting rights and recognition.

For organisations outside the animal health sector. Associate members do not hold voting rights.

FAQs

What are the benefits of being a member?

Be heard with policy representation and advocacy in government – NPRA (Ministry of Health) and DVS (Ministry of Agriculture).

Is lifetime membership a one time payment?

Yes, lifetime membership is a one time payment (together with the entrance fee if previously not a member).

What is the difference between ordinary member and associate member?

An ordinary member is able to vote and nominate at Annual General Meetings (AGM), an associate member does not have voting rights.

I'm not in the animal health/veterinary industry, can I join as a member?

Yes, but you would have to join as an associate member.

How to join

Apply for membership.

Copy the template, fill in your organisation's details, and email it to general@mahnia.org.my. We'll be in touch. Membership is open to organisations outside the animal health sector too — they may apply as associate members.
